Aryan Khan Bail Update: Here’s What Happened

Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, who is currently in jail in connection with the Mumbai cruise drugs case, once again appealed for bail before the sessions court on Monday. A new bail appeal application was filed on behalf of Aryan Khan by his lawyer after his bail application was rejected on Friday.

Advocate Amit Desai, representing Salman Khan in the hit and run case, reached the court to defend Aryan. However, now the matter will be heard in the special NDPS court on October 13. Here, the NCB has also sought time from the court to respond.

Aryan Khan Bail Update: Aryan’s Bail Plea Will Be Heard On October 13

Aryan Khan’s lawyer Satish Manshinde stated ‘It is very natural if the court rejects the bail application. We will seek High Court’s help against it. We have filed a bail application in the special NDPS court of Mumbai. Aryan Khan’s bail plea has been filed on the ground that no drugs were recovered from him and he had no collusion with the accused. Also, no solid evidence has been received by NCB that can prove that Aryan Khan had consumed drugs.
