Aryan Khan Next Hearing Date: The bail application of Aryan Khan, trapped in the drugs case, will be heard in the Bombay High Court on Tuesday, October 26. Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha were arrested by the NCB on October 3 for possession of narcotic substances, conspiracy related to it, it’s consumption, purchase, and smuggling.

On Wednesday, the special NDPS court rejected the bail pleas of the rest of the accused, including Aryan, after which their lawyers immediately filed an appeal in the Bombay High Court challenging the order of the lower court.

Nothing Was Recovered From Aryan

Nothing has been recovered from Aryan but drugs have been found from his friend. In such a situation, NCB suspects that Aryan may be part of a drug racket. NCB has got a lot of information from Aryan’s chat.

During the debate in the court, the chats of the accused handed over by the NCB team to the court also include a chat with Aryan with this actress. All NCB’s arguments against Aryan so far are mainly based on WhatsApp chat.

The Judge Had Reserved The Verdict On October 14

Aryan Khan’s bail plea was heard by Mumbai sessions court judge VV Patil on October 14. After this, the court had reserved the decision till October 20. During that time Aryan Khan’s lawyer Amit Desai had called his arrest baseless.

Aryan Khan is currently in Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai. Shahrukh Khan reached Arthur Road Jail on Thursday morning to meet his son. Where he talked to his son for about 15 minutes.
