Edens Zero Episode 13 Spoilers
In episode 12, as the Chronophage rapidly approaches Guilst, utter chaos sets in. Some people manage to leave the planet on their spaceships, but others are not so lucky. As Rebecca and Pino wait for Shiki and the others to arrive, Mechdrasil suddenly starts growing at an alarming speed, destroying all the cities that have been built on it over the centuries. The crew escapes just in time before the Chronophage engulfs the planet and eats away 1,200 years of its time, returning it to the days of greenery and abundant wildlife. Interstellar Union officers discuss the massive tragedy, with Colonel Jaguar revealing that the notorious criminal Drakken Joe is one of the Guilst survivors.
The others learn from Homura that she inherited her ether gear from Valkyrie, who was her teacher. Both she and Weisz subsequently join the crew. Then the mercenary Mosco shows up, and it is revealed that he is Edens Zero’s caretaker. He was with Sister until the fake Sister captured and reprogrammed him. Rebecca discovers a sharp rise in her popularity because of other B-Cubers mentioning her as their savior. The episode ends as the crew finds another member of the Four Shining Stars, Hermit, sitting atop the Iron Hill monument that orbits Blugarden. In episode 13, the crew might realize that something is seriously wrong with Hermit, and she seems to be in sleep mode. The crew then might come up with the idea to enter the super virtual world Digitals to fix her.
