Evil Season 2 Episode 1 Recap

In the season two premiere of ‘Evil,’ Kristen is notified about LeRoux’s death at the hands of his wife. She begins to work her way through her rosary beads which burn her in the back of the palm. She washes off the blood from the pickaxe. David, Kristen, and Ben inform Bishop Marx about whatever information they have regarding the RSM Fertility. Kristen is reluctant to show Ben her hand but lets him examine the rosary beads. There is another case about a man who seemingly allowed himself to be possessed. After being revealed to be Leland, the group gets ready to interview him.

At his refusal to fully cooperate, Kristen reminds him about his dark and unfavorable past where he encountered demonic forces. He then describes the devil. Kristen discloses to Kurt that she killed someone. She narrates the entire story, including LeRoux’s threats and his murder using an ice ax. However, it is the wife who is set to take the fall for the murder. Moreover, the rash on her hand does not read anything substantial, as mentioned by Ben. At home, Kristen finds Lexis transitioning into another creature with fangs.

As stated by Leland, Ben has a dream about a devilish woman creeping up to him. The man’s actual name is discovered to be Jake Perry. The team inspects his house, and Ben installs something in his computer that would help them track him all the time. Marx wants to prove that he is a psychopath instead of bowing down to his claims of being possessed. Elsewhere, Lexis is taken to the dentist to get her teeth checked up. But when the doctor suggests that a prolonged examination is necessary, she bites off her finger. When Ben opens his computer to check on Leland, he realizes that he can see him too.
