A case has been registered against the actor at the Commissioner of Police’s office in Chennai. The social activist claims that the song ‘Patthala Patthala’ is a mockery of the central government and also creates a rift among the people. In such a case, some lyrics have been demanded to be removed from the song. Social activist Selvam has taken the line from the song ‘Gajnale Kasile Kalalayum Kasile Kechal Joram Nereya Varudhu Thilangadi Thillale Onidryathin Thaple Oniyum Illa Iple Savi Ipo Thirudan Kaila Thilangadi Thilale’. Selvam has said that if his complaint is not acted upon, a ban on the release of the film will be sought.
