In the eighth episode called ‘Most Likely To,’ the gang is prohibited from running rehearsals for a whole week. Miss Jenn takes some time off, disheartened by the news, and Benjamin later asks her to feature in a local coffee ad. Elsewhere, Nini’s Instagram is swarming with appreciation comments, and one of them turns out to be from a well-known artist suggesting a collaboration. But in a moment of ill-timed carelessness, Ricky deletes it when she hands him her phone. He now has to face her and tell her the truth.
Moving on, Big Red is concerned about his career prospects after an official evaluation reveals that he is suited for delivery service or hospitality at best. Ashlyn creates a “moodboard” outlining all his possible options, which include moving to Paris and catering to his culinary dreams. But the grandness of her plan scares Big red, who reveals that he just wants to be around his friends and family. Kourtney, in the meantime, seeks relationship advice from her mother, who simply tells her to believe in herself. She is now reluctant to trust Howie even though he insists that his feelings for her are real. Having run out of options, he lays out his thoughts in a song that ultimately wins her heart.
EJ’s father is psyched about sending him to Duke, much to his disappointment. In a conversation with Gina, he reveals that his acceptance is credited to an unfair play of nepotism which in the end coaxes him to reject the offer. In the process, he gets closer to Gina. As Nini and Ricky meet up at their childhood haunt, he spews out the truth, causing her to break up with him.
