Samantha refuses to act with Vijay Sethupathi .. laments standing in the doorway for many years

I Am Rowdy is a 2015 film directed by Vignesh Sivan and starring Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara. Samantha is currently in the same alliance with the film Kattuvakkula Rendu Kadhal. The film is set to release on April 28.

The trailer of the film has been released and has been well received by the fans. Prior to this film, Vijay Sethupathi and Samantha co-starred in the last 2019 Super Deluxe film directed by Thiyakarajan Kumararaja.

This is the second time the two have acted together in the sequel Kathuvakkula 2 Kaadhal. But before these films, Samantha got the chance to act with Vijay Sethupathi. But Samantha refuses the offer.

Vijay Sethupathi starred in Nalan Kumaraswamy’s Love and Passing Away following the film Soodukavu. It was then that Samantha was first negotiated to play the heroine in the film. But Vijay Sethupathi did not have a large market then.

And for some reason Samantha has refused to star in the film. Madonna then starred in that role of Sebastien. In this case, Samantha said she regrets missing out on the opportunity.

Currently Samantha Kathuvakkula is playing the role of Khadija Begum as Vijay Sethupathi’s girlfriend in the awesome love film. The film has also raised the bar of anticipation among the fans as it features two leading actresses from South India.
