Shilpa Shetty’s mother Sunanda gets relief in fraud case, court grants bail

Mumbai- Actress Shilpa Shetty’s mother Sunanda Shetty is also always in the news. Sunanda Shetty’s name came to light in a fraud case in February this year and she was also summoned by the police in the case. However, he has now got relief in this case. The Mumbai Metropolitan Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday granted bail to Shilpa’s mother in the case and quashed the bail warrant issued against her.
In fact, a case was registered against Sunanda for a transaction of Rs 21 lakh. According to the complaint, the owner of the automobile agency had alleged that Shilpa’s father Surinder Shetty had taken a loan of Rs 21 lakh from her in 2015. But after his death in 2016, the Shetty family refused to repay the loan. Following the trader’s complaint, the police had issued summons to Sunanda and her daughters Shilpa and Shamita Shetty.
When the case reached the court on March 11, 2022, the court asked for action against Shilpa as well as her sister Shamita and mother. However, the sessions court later stayed the inquiry into the matter. However, the court had ordered the case to be continued only on Sunanda as he believed that his daughters had nothing to do with the matter. Sunanda has finally got relief in this case too.
