The Exorcist Believer Movie Teases How the Girls Were Influenced by the Demon

Universal Pictures has a Teases for The Exorcist: Believer from the highly anticipated Blumhouse horror sequel starring Leslie Odom Jr. published. The film is scheduled to hit theaters on October 6.

The video shows the consequences of the mysterious disappearance of Angela and Katherine. It shows Odom’s Victor Fielding asking his daughter what they are doing in the forest. It turns out that the two girls were actually trying to get in touch with Angela’s deceased mother, which may be the reason why the demon managed to cling to her.

The Exorcist: Believer is the direct sequel to the original horror film adapted from William Peter Blatty’s novel. Green is directing from a script he co-wrote with Scott Teems, Danny McBride and Peter Sattler. The film marks the return of Oscar-winning actress Ellen Burstyn, to whom Leslie Odom Jr., Ann Dowd, Raphael Sbarge and Jennifer Nettles as well as newcomers Lidya Jewett and Olivia Marcum will be coming.

” Since the death of his pregnant wife in an earthquake in Haiti 12 years ago, Victor Fielding has raised his daughter Angela alone,” the summary says. But when Angela and her friend Katherine disappear into the woods, only to return three days later with no memory of what happened to them, it sets in motion a chain of events that will force Victor to face the depths of evil and, in his fear and despair, to search for the only living person who has ever experienced such a thing before: Chris MacNeil.”

The sequel will be produced by Jason Blum, David Robinson and James Robinson, with executive production by Green, McBride, Couper Samuelson and Stephanie Allain. It is a co-production between Blumhouse and Morgan Creek Productions.
