There was a trailer for the horror “Bogeyman” based on the story of Stephen King

Studio 20th Century showed the trailer for the horror film “Bogeyman”, based on the short story of the same name by Stephen King. Adapted the script of the work Scott Beck and Brian Woods – the authors of the horror “A Quiet Place” .

The film tells about high school student Sadie Harper and her younger sister Sawyer, who still can not recover after the death of their mother. Their psychotherapist father, Will, is also unable to cope with the loss: he is increasingly moving away from the girls and immersing himself deeper and deeper in work.

Meanwhile, something is wrong at home: the sisters are haunted by a terrible supernatural entity that feeds on the suffering of its victims. Will the heartbroken father notice that something is happening to his daughters before it’s too late?

The project was directed by Rob Savage ( Astral. Online ), and one of the producers was Shawn Levy ( Stranger Things ). The premiere of the film is scheduled for June 2.
